You're confused again.
For example, inadmissability by itself isn't criminal. Showing up at a POE to apply for asylum isn't criminal, either.
Come back after you've refreshed on the differences between expulsions and deportations. Including expulsions where the migrant is temporarily in DHS custody until return transportation is arranged because they can't be expelled to Mexico.
Or expulsions where a migrant is removed for safety reasons, like during COVID. Hence, the "emergency" for the "invasion" to justify further asylum suspension and to broaden expulsions and deportability by suspending the normal rules.
I've cautioned you boys about absolutes and you continue to disappoint.
The criminality argument is a red herring. As is the broad-brush illegal presence argument. There's also some laws on the books that are relevant.
I ask you to find the charge sheets because you need to see for yourself that what you're saying isn't factual. I can check your biases all day long, but only you can recognize you're wrong about who all was on those flights and that your narrative requires some better focus and tuning.
