Saying someone or some group is “better” at some thing isn’t racist. I guess you could consider it racist against people who aren’t black, but probably not. I’d guess the statement is based on some study.

We are one human race. There are no other human races. We are all homo sapiens. There aren't any other homo races alive anymore. If you think you're a Neanderthal, and you believe that Neanderthals or whatever are better than homosapiens, then you very well may be a 2% or greater Neanderthal. Good job. You played yourself.

As far as healthcare the trend isn’t a one size fits all. It may start there but health plans are taylored to the individual. What RFK suggested isn’t out of line. Does the science support that? Idk. I haven’t read anything on said topic but neither have you.

Also I hope you’re aware that more than just black people have been slaves. For example white people have been slaves in the Middle East during the Barbary Slave Trade, Ottoman Empire, and Crimean Khanate. Doesn’t fit your narrative of victimhood but you’re showing your bias. Did I use that word right?
