If you're going to engage in bare activities, the best way to protect yourself is to either do daily PrEP or PrEP on demand and take 200mg of doxycycline as soon as possible after sexual activity, but at least within 72hrs of it.

And even that won't protect you against things like hepatitis.

It is virtually impossible to get HIV from oral sex, even less so if you swallow. The only way you could really get it is if you have open wounds in your mouth, bleeding gums and keep the cum in there for an extended period of time. All that being said, if you also use PrEP, your chances of getting it are even lower. You're more likely to catch one of the many treatable STI's than HIV, but if you also take 200mg of doxycycline within 72 hours of sexual contact, that risk also gets significantly lower.
