I think all this really did is cement in many peoples minds that the Democrats and Biden's actually did commit crimes and they wanted to make sure they are above the rules of law.

I don't understand how you can be pardoned for crimes that are not even being investigated. Maybe the Supreme Court needs to take a look at this. It may not be constitutional.

Biden has pulled the rug out from under the salivating magas witch hunts! Biden had every right to pardon who he wants.

This is a strange precedent, a license to have others do anything on your behalf, regardless of its legality. Get elected, have a bunch of people do a bunch of corrupt shit and pardon them all of any possible crime on the way out the door.

Trump did the same thing. He pardoned his chief strategist among others. Using the same reasoning.

If Trump did it, it must be okay...right ? Trump set the precedent.

Bullshit. Trump did nothing even remotely resembling this.

BS. Trump did exactly this. He pardoned Steve Bannon his chief strategist, when he was not under indictment. The reasoning was there may be political retribution in the future. Many other examples. Your post #8 sums it up perfectly

Which is why this has never withstood SCOTUS examination. I suspect we will see this hit their docket. Remember Biden is too incapacitated to stand trial but can issue pardons? wtf?

... Biden can pardon who he wants... Just as Trump will be able
to pardon who HE wants. ... 'Course the pardon doesn't mean that
Investigations stop and the TRUTH won't come out. ...

And why Fauci??
Could it be those big fat donations from the Chinese Communist in exchange for Fauci’s insistent pronouncements that Covid was not “the China Virus”.
