Prove it is a lie, this is pulled from monitored data. Even if it was 5000 died that is an extremely low percentage.

You’re scared of the flu.

Oh, Roy. He is just using one of the magpie limp wrist agenda tools: diversion. A well worn chestnut used when no facts can support their beliefs.

The standard mortality tables that have been around forever definitely go counter to their *alternative facts*

Who knows? Just gets me that you and your buddies are scared of a proven shot (see stat above that is from vetted source) but will willing take the one for flu.

The maga right is just embarrassed that their cult leader botched the covid pandemic. All they can do now is deflect and criticize the vaccine and blame Fauci to try to save face. Funny thing is Trump takes credit for it. He had nothing to do with the science, but I will give him credit for fast tracking approvals.

Covid was no Flu. While the flu can be deadly, it is mostly older folks. Covid was killing rather healthy people left and right. Covid has long term side effects in many people. Never have I heard of long flu. I think I had covid, never got tested, but I lost taste for around a month. That never happens more than a day or two with flu.

Covid sucks, had it twice, but isn’t particularly deadly to anyone without several comorbidities. If you’re not a fat slob who smokes 100 Marlboros a day it’s no big deal, certainly not big enough to shoot a bunch of crazy shit in your veins.

Not true at all, many people with no other risk factors were getting it and dying. I know a few that were hospitalized with severe symptoms, a couple died. Ok one was as big as a house, the other was rather healthy, worked out regularly. Another was on his death bed and narrowly made a recovery, but 2 years later has symptoms. That is no way "A Flu"

Nope. It’s pretty much just a cold unless the person is otherwise compromised.

It's easy to say that when 74% of the population is overweight and that would be considered a comorbidity. Let me know when a "cold" kills 1.5+ million Americans again.

Obesity is a comorbidity, not overweight. They’re vastly different things, your statistic is overblown x2. By BMI standards I’m overweight, yet have low body fat and can throw a Volkswagen 6 blocks. Don’t ever use the Bullshit Measuring Index as an indicator of health.

Doesn't matter, vast majority ,probably 99%, of these people wouldn't have died early without your "cold".

Probably right. But how many other people in the stats can say the same? Until shown otherwise, statistical flyer.

I agree on the BMI, but please stop telling us how far you toss your Matchbox VW Bug in your Lego diorama. Some things should remain private.
