Default You Can't Threaten Our New President!!!

Who the fuck does Bannon think he is talking to? Haha

Don't come up and go to the pulpit in your first week here and start lecturing people about the way things are gonna be. If you're gonna do that," Bannon said, "we're gonna rip your face off."

Steve Bannon advises Elon Musk to slow down and 'study modern political history'

Ana Altchek
Dec 31, 2024, 6:23 PM CST

President-elect Donald Trump's former advisor, Steve Bannon, has some advice for Elon Musk — start studying.

"You need to study modern political history of the fights we've been through for twelve or fourteen years to get to this spot," Bannon said on his "War Room" podcast on Tuesday.

The remarks were made during a discussion about the H-1B visa, for which Musk has recently expressed support. While Bannon said Musk earned a seat at the table for investing in Trump's reelection and supporting the cause, he said he didn't agree with the Tesla CEO's stance on the H-1B visa.

"Don't come up and go to the pulpit in your first week here and start lecturing people about the way things are gonna be. If you're gonna do that," Bannon said, "we're gonna rip your face off."

Musk said on X that the US needs to attract foreign talent to remain globally competitive. He strongly supports H-1B visas, which he said were crucial to building "SpaceX, Tesla and hundreds of other companies that made America strong."

While Trump stood behind Musk, his stance has been criticized by MAGA supporters who say employers are using H-1B visas and other legal immigration methods to take jobs from Americans and drive down wages.

Bannon was considered one of the most powerful figures in Trump's administration before he was ousted from the White House. He was later found in contempt of Congress after refusing to comply with the January 6 panel.
Bannon completed a four-month prison sentence in October. After his release, the former strategist said at a media conference that he was "empowered" by his sentence.

... Case in point - I don't think America's New President Trump
is threatened by Musk or Bannon... So that's that.

Thank you for being the only one who posted to actually understand the sarcasm about Musk being the president. Next time I will put "haha" in larger font to help some of the others, (excluding Jacuzz who is why I posted the full article because I didn't know a subscription was necessary to read some articles on that site).

Well, you know the folks on this site aren’t exactly the sharpest tools in shed. Which explains their support for Musk, I mean Trump, yeah Trump.

I know where I live.

If you’re the richest man in the world, or in the top 2 or 3, seem to be very well educated and practical; and donate $250MM… yes you can lecture about the way you perceive things are gonna be.

But also, beyond what will be accomplished by the stack of executive orders on day 1, you got to get the house and senate on board for some things including the far far far right one or two nuts (or more) such as the republicans voting for other than Speaker Johnson (this is an example of the kind of folks that you will have to throw some pigeon feed pork barrel legislation or appointments or whatever at).

... Surely do agree-with most of this, mate.

A wealthy fellow such as Musk can help Trump keep the
MAGA agenda moving forward.
And if far-right "nuts" want to piss with things as a
means to enrich themselves - then they shall be rewarded:

With a primary challenger. ....

Salty, with all kidding aside about Musk being our new president, do you really believe Elon Musk gives a flying fuck about the "MAGA agenda"? How many MAGAs do you know drive electric vehicles and more specifically, Teslas? Bannon is a complete nut job but he is correct about where Musk is leading Trump.

Musk is a businessman, and a brilliant one at that. He did not decide to join Trump because of MAGA. He joined Trump for exactly what he is about to do and MAGA be damned if it has any negative consequences to make Musk more billions that he could never even spend in a 1,000 lifetimes.

Trump has a decision to make, do you put a muzzle on the richest man in the world, or do you stay true to the bullshit you sold to MAGAs? It will become clear who trump is loyal to soon enough. MAGAs will be surprised and the rest of us will just say, "yeah, no shit". LOL

You are about to see a lot of billionaires jump on the Trump bandwagon and it will not be because they give a shit about the "MAGA agenda". Just ask Jeff Bezos but give him truth serum first and ask him how much he expects his net worth to substantially increase.

I voted Trump and would buy a Tesla in a hot second if it were practical, they’re incredible to drive. Even being a gear head for 4 decades, and having some pretty badass cars over the years, nothing beats that silent acceleration. I drive too much and the mrs only likes a car bigger than the living room, so a Tesla isn’t practical. If I worked in town every day or somewhere else that had predictable driving patterns, I’d love to own one. That’s not because of any green nonsense, but because they’re cool AF.

... Lucas, I think that maybe all the concern with Musk is a bit
overblown. ... The Dems don't fancy Musk and Trump having their
'eads together because Musk is a serious THREAT - maybe the
GREATEST threat to the Dems and their "Global Economy" wishes.

And toss in the fact that Musk can bankroll Republican candidates
just as Soros (and his son) bankroll the Dems.

And Mr. Musk has MORE money $$$$$ to do it with. ... ...
