Always get their number first then you can discuss off the site. How can you honestly offer a allowance without know anything about them? Start off with a PPM then see how things go. After seeing each other a few times both of you will know if you want to keep this going. At that point that is when i would bring up and potential changes either one of you are needing and come to agreement and change to a allowance.
