Trump threatens John Deere

Donald Trump in the past threatened John Deere, saying he would impose a 200% tariff on John Deere's imports into the United States if the company moved production to Mexico as planned.


A mob boss cannot issue as many threats as Mr. Trump. Hopefully someone keeps a list of them.

for decades they were the highest in the modern industrial nations. those high tax rates also gave rise to corporate foreign tax havens like Ireland. the US government now actually gets more corporate tax revenue at a lower rate than when they used offshore tax havens. imagine that!
