I would hope that the architect of Operation Warp Speed would do that, but he's standing by his man.

A vaccination can either mitigate the disease or stop it (preferably), but none are 100% effective, just like wearing a rubber isn't 100%. But reducing transmission, or contact, or infection of disease is exactly why we vaccinate or strap up.

Sorry, but Covid deaths were not a hype- nor was polio or scarlet fever or all the other 3rd world diseases we have literally stopped in their tracks.
