I’m getting rerouted and am not familiar with Nashville. Is Brentwood a good place to stay?

Also, Last time I was in Memphis I had horrible BBQ, what is the best place to try? I want fall off the bone not that tough stuff I had last time, lol.

Not gonna find anything as good as you get in Texas. Rendezvous downtown has been the best I can find so far. Bain near Cooper Young is sort of Texas style. It’s alright. Wouldn’t make Texas Monthly.

Yes, Brentwood is fine. It is a wealthier community clustered around I-65. Williamson Co., to the south, is the wealthiest county in TN. Also a good choice.

As for Memphis BBQ, consider also Central BBQ. As for great BBQ in Nashville...they drive to Memphis.

Brentwood or Franklin in TN are both really nice areas, right up 65 from each other a few exits.

In Memphis, its actually in Southaven MS, but Memphis BBQ is awesome. Germantown Commissary is another good place. 240 and Poplar area, the beloved Corkys is good. There is a Central BBQ on Poplar as well.
