I am sickened that any convicts get a pass on being held responsible or even given SECOND chances to serve at the privilege of the USA population. It's literally- allowing bad actors to continue bad acts, and at the expense of all americans. If it's private business and you know a person, and want to overlook their prior bad acts, fine. But to thrust that onto the US and it's citizens is a bridge too far in general. Hiring hookers aside- I'm talking about much bigger fish to fry and things like defying trust and honesty.
