Martial law in South korea
Martial law has been declared in South Korea and citizens are pushing back.
An order of no political assembly has been given to deter politicians from voting to override the decree of martial law.
This ain't sounding so good.

Kinda concerning when citizens and other govt officials don't know what's going on.

Maybe their entertainment, pop culture, and educated elite are enamored with communism/socialism as much as those in the United States and would be willing to re-unite with the North.

A dig at the libs? Or are you criticizing Korean culture?
Jacky, I have NFI what they're thinking in Korea. I'm not sure you do either.
Unlikely it would be trading in their way of life for a life for a potato, a scoop of rice and their culture in the North.

Just like our Elites, ( including the Press), the fore a mentioned probably believe they would be immune to the unpleasant side of the communist/socialist regime.
Not knowing that most of them would be spending time in a DPRK Gulag…….or simply put against the wall.

Saw an update on the news. The south Korean leader has a low favorability rating and after declaring martial law many want to remove him. Some reports suggest he declared m l to suppress his opposition. South korea is an ally to the USA. This is concerning
