I agree with you that Biden could pardon Trump on the Stormy Daniels case (where it was not disclosed that Trump paid her to keep quiet). This is the only criminal case where Trump has been convicted.

The Georgia case is stalled. The two federal cases(Classified Documents and Jan 6th) are being dropped.

Trump is almost like the teflon Don, almost none of cases stick.
