My credentials are a PhD Biomedical Engineering Johns Hopkins University. As well as chemistry and a host of other "science" classes I studied Cytogenetics for one year. You look that up.

A person's biological sex is determined at fertilization and during embryonic development.
Impossible to change it. This is Science, not opinion


In summary:

You cannot change your X and Y chromosomes; once determined at conception, they remain a fundamental part of your biological makeup and cannot be altered after birth.
