None of this makes any sense. trump never ran against Obama. And he lost the popular vote "bigly" both times he did run.

Also, you're still avoiding the question: Will you accept the results of the 2024 election, no matter who wins?

How the hell is the election in 2008 of Obama cs McCain in any way relevant to Trump v Clinton, Biden, or Harris?

Hey, only 12,714,337 people voted in the 1904 election of Roosevelt v Parker. What does that have to do with Trump's votes?

News flash.... the number of people who vote in each election... let me tell you a secret
The number changes every year for dozens of reasons. It doesn't matter if more people voted. If you look at the trends, more people are voting each and every year.

Doesn't change the fact that Trump lost the popular vote EVERY TIME he ran. He won on a very slim margin. The simple fact that there are more people to vote (more people this year than in 2020, more people in 2020 than 2016, etc) means that his margin is only ever going to get larger. He may had won the electoral vote without the popular vote in 2016, but if more people vote, he isn't going to have the electoral nor popular vote.

... Me point is - that Trump got MORE votes in His two elections
then OBama got in his two... and then for some odd reason -
you decided to dispute that FACT.

And - YES - I will accept the results of the upcoming election
- NO MATTER WHAT - when Trump Wins! ...

How is the election of 2000, even relavent to this election?

HAS the country not changed in the voter roles? Haven't there been changes in locations of voters, and increases in population. How in the world would you expect that one turnout of voters is anything related to turnout from one election vs. another.

When there is a spirited election and turnout is HIGH- then it's certainly not going to be remotely the same number of votes- ERGO, you cannot claim " I got more votes than someone else in a totally different election" they are non- comparable.

And the comment of "I'll accept it -when Trump wins",

Well, he didnt' win the last time- you still in denial?

He's not going to this time either, and qualifying acceptance with "when my guy wins", is just another way of saying no. It's sad that you cannot come right out and say it.

It's equally sad that anyone on the GOP redhat side cannot understand that votes have to be won in EVERY current election vs. I beat the guy in the last election - in this election.

I mean - seriously what is so hard about understanding the concept of CURRENT election??

You're trying to derail the conversation with this off-topic nonsense that means nothing. And you're still avoiding the OP's question.

I’m still waiting on a Trump fan to answer a very specific question.

THIS is a very good reason to not vote into this cult. Ridiculous.

In This Thread:
Immigrants do not understand how the United States counts votes.

The population has gone up every year.

The total number of people vote for your chosen candidate changes every year
The total number of people who vote against your chosen candidate changes every year
The total number of people who do not vote at all changes every year.

Numbers are hard. I understand. America is truly falling behind in education, but pay attention to the percentage. Not the total. The total is a trap.

Or if you want me to argue with you with your own rules, Obama got more votes than Trump did during both of his elections. Trump got ZERO votes in 2008 and 2014. Because Trump didn't run. Trump also got ZERO votes in 2004, 2000, and every single year prior because he didn't run. ZERO PERCENT!

Anyway, back on topic.

There are two types of Americans.

People who trust in democracy, and little domestic terrorists. I know I trust democracy. Do you?

Seems to be split down the middle around here, but I firmly trust in democracy.

The lack of a serious answer tells you all you need to know.
Their answer is no, and they will do something stupid again and blame it on FBI “plants” being the troublemakers.

We dont live in a democracy as its been said many times. If i remember correctly, that word isnt even in the constitution. We live under a constitutional republic.and its not the same thing for very important reasons

i prefer the more technically correct Federal Republic but close enough. interesting so many people think Democracy is a form of government. it's not. it's a form of representation of the people by elected officials. it's a voting model.

still waiting on who will accept the election .. if Trump wins.

FTFY
As for acceptance, does that equate to being subject to the dictator elected?
Every candidate is claiming that they will have the govt do this or that. Only dictators can accomplish this. Where's the recognition by the candidates that they need the support of the house and senate of congress, or nothing will occur?

POTUS is elected by “we the people”. Or the Dominion machines. The Executive Branch is a co equal branch of government. The Constitution gives the President certain powers over the Congress. It is what it is.

Why?

answer my question first . will you accept a Trump win?
Everyone who actually answered the question said they would accept the outcome. seems only the magas are putting stipulations. Again, I'll accept whoever wins. then live my life the best way I can.
it's really a simple YES OR NO. why are the magas afraid to answer the question truthfully with a NO
