Just a heads up to business owners and customers looking to own a massage business or enjoy a massage in Lewisville: enter at your own risk, Lewisville LE has literally waged war on asian massage shops in Lewisville.. trying their best to shut them down using guerilla strong-arm tactics. As viewed on this site in a post last week, Not only do they shut the shop down in a swat like manner, they throw the licensed masseuses in jail,damage the door of their business, seize the funds in their bank accounts, and also impound their vehicle's and seize that too.. Lewisville LE has nothing better to do but ruin people's lives, of the business owner, licensed
masseuses, and just people looking to relax and enjoy themselves at a legit massage business. So be careful if you find your self in Lewisville looking to relax at a AMP, LE is not playing fair.

The biggest promters of prostitution these days are the apps on everyone's cell phones. -- take a look at Onlyfans.. the owner is not an Asian. His name is Leonid Radvinsky. Why isn't HE being charged with promoting prostitution? Is it because he is not Asian?



For that matter why are the authorities only throwing Asian 'promoters' in jail, and not the owners of the appl sotres - Apple and Google. By allowing OF on their platforms, are they too not "promoting"?


Let's broaden the dragnet further: The apps are on our phones. Telephony services (Verizon, TMobile, ATT) facilitate (i.e. "promote") if they are providing service to Onlyfans..


OK, some of this (maybe a lot of it) is argument ad absurdum. But the point is a lot of non-Asians in this country are "promoting". The difference is: they are millionaires (and a few richer still). Yet they have nothing to fear, as LEO and DAs won't pursue them. Kinda like going after the "soldiers" in the Mafia, but refusing to go after the don. If you've got an "LLC" or "Inc" behind your name in this country, you get a free pass on a lot of stuff.



Could defendants' attorneys make some hay about targeting only Asians, when the Big Fish -- the corporate promoters -- escape all scrutiny?

The feds are working on it. Remember backgpage, and cityxguide? It takes time to build those cases. Most of you have probably never heard of 18 USC Section 1952 aka the Travel Act. Google it. Then Google U.S. v Tina Michelle Nader and Marilyn Lake. Read what the Appeals Court said in that case. Their convictions were upheld on the basis that they had used a telephone in operating their massage business that catered to hobbyists. Furthermore, their calls were all intrastate. ALL amps, studios, etc can be prosecuted under the provisions of Travel Act. Charges can only be filed by an U.S. Attorney. The penalties upon conviction include asset forfeiture, and/or time in federal prison.

Been doing some research on all this, come to find out this sudden cracking down,is probably just the tip of the iceberg as far as AMP's go in Texas in certain counties and cities.. enjoy while you still can, I'm predicting things to slow down, as far as fun goes neway... at AMP's drastically with all these arrest being made in Lewisville.. according to Texas Penal Code 43.04.. The Texas Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution law, gives LE the right to arrest you,if they believe you ran (or help ran) a Prostitution enterprise, that involved 2 or more prostitutes.. that's bad news for AMP shop owners, considering all it would take is for LE, to catch two or more masseuse's engaging or attempting to engage in explicit activities at a AMP, for them to bring felony charges on the AMP owner and have him or her arrested.. a code of silence, trust building, and great discernment amongst masseuses and hobbyist will be the only way to survive this wave of law & order going forward. Be safe out there.
