According to a member of the Georgia legislature, the illegal who murdered a woman on UGA’s campus had *also been arrested* in Athens for shoplifting & had an outstanding bench warrant against him because he failed to appear in court over that charge.

This is in addition to his crossing into the US illegally AND his arrest in NY

Trump did not have the border under control and the ill effects from rampant illegal immigration have been present under every administration though no question there was actual effort during the Trump regime to bring reform and make some positive change.

Rather than use the blood of innocents and celebrate the misery their families suffer after being the target of individuals who do not value human life I prefer to look at the real and present issues effecting our ecomony and people's daily trave to and from work, school, etc. in areas that are flooded with illegals.

Fact is Republicans don't have much more desire to solve the issue than Democrats. It was not that long ago Jeb Bush backed a Republican sponsored bill to provide driver's licenses to illegals in Florida. So if we are going to have a discussion on the ills and reforms needed for border control and immigration policy we can well do it without using dead college students as fodder.

The idea of blaming a sitting President directly for a homicide committed by an individual not directly working for or in the service of the government is a similar thought process to seeking to sue a gun maker for someone being killed by a weapon they produced.

There is no question illegal immigration is out of hand and needs serious reform. There is also no question that this has been true under Democrat and Republican regimes.

Trump made a legit effort so the idea is he 'fixed the issues' then Biden fucked it up but that is not really accurate and even if it were that still points the finger at Trump for not being able to campaign effectively and secure a second term so again I am not going to use the blood of a dead college student to argue border control that issue effects us all on levels that demanded attention long before today.
