There's no "GUILTY" until Biden is charged with a crime (what's the purported crime here anyway?) and a judge makes his/her decision.

Some folks are more than happy to ignore the rule of law, and oh boy, is it telling. A pervasive theme with them. Things like rules, decorum, laws, due process... only necessary when their agenda calls for it, and completely meaningless when it doesn't.

Yeah Salty - The DOJ said Senile Biden was guilty of several felonies in regard to having documents and the storage of such. But the special prosecutor felt that Biden is an elderly person with memory loss, and would appear sympathetic as a doddering old senile fool.
