Truthfully a judge can throw out a ruling from a jury if he feels it's inaccurate or does not represent law. However it just so happens that this is the judge that made the ruling of it being fraud, so he would have to say that he was an error and declaring the fraud from the first place. That has a snowballs chance in hell of happening.

Trump's only chance in New York is to file an appeal, but I don't know that he's going to even have that ability to be heard, let alone have a reason for appeal. But he can always try

I personally don't remember any cases Trump got thrown out. Do you have proof of that statement. I remember some of his recent cases, they were not thrown out. None of them cause there is a lot against him.

Give us some proof Salty of any of his cases being thrown out or winning come to think of it.
