600,000 Texans to lose drivers license

I was hoping this thread would focus more on how losing a drivers license will impact those who lose it.
Which in this case the majority wold be poor and low income people, who already can't afford to pay the traffic tickets. Creation of a downward spiral is a real thing.


Some countries like Finland have gone to a "pay what you can afford" system. And some drivers there
are paying tens of thousands....because they can afford to pay .

Maybe they should follow the laws so that they don't get a ticket in the first place. Is that so hard?
