So your point is that Trump didn't have a choice, is sorta true, if you listen to the end result of the Judge who would have denied it anyway...but the reality is we won't know for certain since Trump's idiot attorney team didn't request it!!

It's all in the details above. True in that Trump didn't get a jury Trial due to NEVER asking for it.

The rest was conjecture.

The New York statute under which the prosecutor brought this case only has bench trials.


The reason.....no crime was committed such as stealing money.


The case is about profiting from false statements. The remedy is to disgorge or return any profits made
from these activities.
