Are these insiders, people that are inside bathroom stalls, or someplace else? Last I checked Joe Biden hadnt been impeached, or faced a result of wrong doing...so taken off the ballot for what??

7 other states have legislation in front of their state courts to take dear leader off the ballot for Jan 6...it's gonna get ugly ....really ugly

As long as it is appealed to SCOTUS, the ruling is stayed and Trump is on the ballot regardless of when or if SCOTUS rules, unless SCOTUS were to rule against Trump before the last date to print, Jan 5 - which is not going to happen.

IOW's, the clowns on the Colorado court made a headline, and that was it. Which is what lawfare is all about.

Yes, that’s correct. As long as President Trump appeals the decision to the Supreme Court, the appeals court stays their own ruling – essentially indefinitely. The Colorado primary ballots printed, and the primary election will be over, before the Supreme Court puts this on their docket.

I guess what is really the question is for you conservatives who so desperately want to have "rights" remain with the states- examples, abortion, voting districts, voter rights, registrations, etc., death penalties, taxation etc, but when it comes to a state saying your boy can't stay on the ballot, then it's all about the Federal Supreme Court to have the final say.....It's hypocritical at the least, and cherry picking what the states can say and do about what happens in their own backyard.

Of course- if you had a guy who wasn't so busy "criming to stay in office with fake electors, false accusations and a non-peaceful transition of power"- then perhaps this would be a mute case, but yet here we are!

look at the peaceful protest- you can tell it's a simple protest from the broken glass and smoke!

WHAT THE COLORADO court did was election. They ,4 people declared Trump Guilty of insurrection, something even Smith hasn’t charged him with or any other of those dim chargers. Last In the constitution and a republic they aren’t afforded that option. They through the constitution out the window. That is the reason it will be struck down.

All they accomplished was add more wind beneath Trumps wings.
