Renting a room

I have been tossing the idea of renting a room to play or renting rooms in one of my rentals to males only. I would not rent to providers. Has anyone done this. Do you think either sinario would work.

I own apts. about 20 years ago carved one out for private use for me and 2 very close friends. furnished it with spare furniture. was very discreet, friends threw me a few $ since they didnt have to rent rooms and only brought over known women, ie no SWs. very discreet and very comfortable for the girls/nice kitchen,shower etc. one guy had a woman friend who would introduce new girls to us. non pro's ,just young woman that liked to hang and get a few bucks for nails, clothes,phones etc.Can be great if done discreetly and not being noisy at 4am!
