Let them advertise how they want. Go see them if you want. Don't if you don't. You'll make zero headway trying to get them to change their ads or understand it.

This type of attitude was always there. You used to skip over those ads because you had more options who didn't project the things you don't like to keep your attention.

Now you're seeing it more often because you're seeing less of the ads you do likes it's harder to ignore and makes it feel to you like GPS is more rampant as a result.
