I searched for reviews but didn’t see any. Have any specifics? When I google it the only Paradise Spa I find is in the La Gran Plaza mall.

I would not think so… I have been a frequent visitor to Nova, and have seen at least 4 different girls. Always have a great time, and I have suggested activities beyond HE and none of them have indicated very much more was on the menu. That being said, there are other places in the area that might offer more.
