dang that is harsh, if a provider refused a services that are listed on the ad , I would expect either full refund or some portion back after services are provided.
If you are frustrated with her service which you obviously are , just write a review with your experience here you will get a minimum 300+ read and probably hurt her business as well.

that's illegal.
one technique is to show the money but state that she can take it or stash it away *after* the time is up.
might not always go over well, but it puts her on notice.
