Well, I'm capable of having many hopes and dreams. trump dying is certainly one of them, though.
He's talking about a few different people, but I know I'm included, because we've had words to this effect in the past. Wishing someone was dead is not even in the same universe as actively threatening their life. For one thing, I don't even own a gun (never have). I just think the world will be a much better place when he's no longer part of it. In fact, I know it will be.

This is actually correct. There’s a difference between a criminal and someone who’s simply a garbage human being. The later isn’t necessarily illegal.
Edit: The search function on this site doesn’t seem to work very well.

Search away, J. I've only ever wished him dead (every day). I never once threatened him, or anyone else for that matter.
And, sorry to burst any bubbles, it WILL be the largest party in U.S. history when that treasonous fuck does finally die (hopefully on live TV, at one of his Klan rallies). You'll see dancing in the streets like we just won the world championship of whatever, but bigger.

What kind of empty, unfulfilling life must one have to sit around wishing death on politicians, or anyone else for that matter, they don’t agree with every day? That’s truly pathetic. Get married, have a couple kids, build model trains, whatever. Being that angry and invested is clinical.

I thought you weren't going to be so hard on Craig, J.
That's surprising.

You know, seeing that the ACTUAL Klan was Democratic, calling Trump supporters Klansmen, especially his BLACK Supporters, and HISPANIC Supporters is a bit of a reach.
My Irish relatives from Cassandra PA, faced the Klan, when they came to protest against Irish Miners, or, Mountain "N****RS" as they were called, and shot and killed three of the men who lived there.
Happened in the 30s I believe, so, I find it offensive when you use a term like Klansmen to refer to people that were persecuted by them.
Those people who did the killing, that's YOU and YOUR ilk, but, a memory or knowledge of the facts don't seem to matter.

the word I believe you were looking for was Original, not Actual.
from what I read the republicans were more left than the democrats, back then.
"In 1965, President Lyndon Johnson delivered a speech publicly condemning the Klan and announcing the arrest of four Klansmen in connection with the murder of a white female civil rights worker in Alabama. The cases of Klan-related violence became more isolated in the decades to come, though fragmented groups became aligned with neo-Nazi or other right-wing extremist organizations from the 1970s onward."

Well damn, spank my ass and call me a monkey, but, wasn't Robert Byrd, you know Hillarys mentor, a former Grand Dragon or Queef Queegle of the KKK?
Lyndon Johnson, AKA, "We'll have those N*******S voting for us for the next 100 years, and a KNOWN RACIST, led the fight?
Didn't the R's vote to pass the Civil Rights act while Dems fought it?
Who welcomed Martin Luther King to Pitt in the 60s?
Ummmm, the Young Republicans.
Further, what the Klan was by the 70s was nothing, in great numbers, but, it flourished still in the South.
Nazi Shmazis, those nuts from the 70s on were the Dale Gribbles of the Nazi empire, posers, nuts, no real numbers, just using their hate to force towns to let them speak, usually a few of them, just to rile others up.
Serious threat, hell no.
Don't confuse the Catholic Church of the Crusades with the church of today, because that's an apt comparison to the Klan of the thirties to the Klan today.

Touché. lol. It’s unsurprising the comment’s direction could be, knowingly I'm sure, misdirected. That’s because they’re one in the same. No difference between this guy rubbing one out to pics of Trump in a noose, and the hillbilly guy with his gun porn. They’re both sociopaths.

Exactly. The two parties have completely flip-flopped in the last 50 years, and anyone who pays attention knows this. Republicans haven't been "the party of Lincoln" for at least 60 years. David Duke himself jumped up and down with glee when he endorsed trump in 2016.
It's totally disingenuous to look at the parties from 60-80 years ago and pretend they are still the same today. Completely false narrative.

Yeah Chase, you are right - most normal people believe that making comments hoping someone dies or cheering their death is really utterly inhumane and despicable.
But the really sad thing is, just like when he cheered on the 75 year old disabled man being murdered, going as far as to insult the man's family, not a single fellow leftist here spoke out and criticized him. Ask yourself why that is?

Criticizing his words is conversation. Criticizing him personally could be considered targeting.
Folks are trying to abide by the rules, berry. Neither Tommy nor Trump nor the Klan are the point. This thread isn't about you mocking leftists or folks you want to label as leftists. You have dozens of other threads for that.
Let's get back on track. It's about a man getting shot by the FBI for threatening the president and apparently pointing a gun at the FBI.

The FBI has released a statement that the deceased pointed a .357 magnum revolver at agents but we have no video or first hand account of the incident yet. They are on the clock and have a position to defend. I think they have had plenty of time to redact video and release it so we can all see but at this time there is no indication it was anything but a justifiable use of deadly force.
