Most of that is military aid, a large portion of which is accounted for at book value and pulled from existing stockpiles.

Things that will be replaced with other, newer things, rather than sit unused.

This also allows opportunity to learn and innovate. Jobs will be created as certain production capacities are created and/or expanded. Short-term and long-term. Construction. Transportation. Logistics. Engineering. Manufacturing. Materials mining.

By all means keep focusing on cost. Stop gaslighting us with bad hot takes using other peoples words, though. It's very small picture.

show those polls in Donbas. might be a different opinion that the rest of Ukraine. remember than it was not for all of Ukraine to decide. it was an issue in the Donbas.
