What exactly are we "warning" about? Don't get me wrong,a NCNS sucks. And if she was rude, that's not great but there are always two sides. But to me, a "warning" is for cash and dash, robbery, stalking, or other aggressive acts on the part of the provider, not just someone who flakes out.
