I am talking about jobs that require to know it when you are hired, Nurses make crap pay in residency, Drs make crap pay in residency. Lawlers make crap when they start all jobs with tons of dept,.IT workers have to deal with crap at managed service providers, or places with only 1 or 2 IT employees and no room to grow and learn on their free time while being in the work force, Programmers have to take crappy jr programming jobs at crap companies and learn on their own time. Data anlyst have to take crap jobs or contracts and learn on their own time outside of work.. Engineers have to take crappy starting jobs get crap pay till old people retire. Electricians are screwed till older Journey men retire. I am not talking about your lazy roofer, dry wall specialist, restaurant employee, warehouse worker or other low entry above minimum wage job. I am talking skilled trade workers that keep technical stuff running getting fucked and like not seeing good pay till 10 years into their career which can be a problem of how long it took them to get into their career and age. Basically 50% of the young intelligent highly skilled work force won't get paid for their talent till they are 40 or older and spending less.
