Depends on the circumstances,too many variables.
MP/Spa ladies will charge a base fee for the advertised service & will go up from there.
The majority of FS independent providers will list their general activities that are included with their fee & will disclose if there is an additional fee for specific activities.
Then some are very vague and will post "no discussion of activities or explicit questions" & "any questions just ask" in the same ad posting. Many research tools available to ensure you don't end up visiting someone that will charge a high fee just to basically meet & will have an additional fee for anything else that "may or may not happen".
