Tradition has it that dancer's name is masked because they could be fired for offering extras to patrons - maybe the club manager gets jealous. Whereas, it's good advertising for AMPs.

Yes they do have and offer ice in plastic tubs. The OP stated,

"As I walked into the club, I found a seat at the bar".

I'm simply questioning if the OP found a bar that no one else knows about, doesn't exist, or might have the wrong club.
