especially since Ted Eliot was an American educated at Harvard. it wouldn't be oddly phrased perhaps for a non-native English speaker. "He died
at the age of 68" would be the way an native English speaker would typically phrase it.
which is a "tell" that whoever altered it probably isn't a native English speaker.
speaking of Ted Eliot .. he lived to be 91 and died just 3 years ago in 2019

this whole "Hitler lived" nonsense is of course them dam russkie's fault. the Soviet army reached the area of Berlin where the Reich Chancellery was located and were shown what they were told was Hitler's burned remains (and Eva Braun's). the remains were immediately taken back to the Soviet Union preventing any examination by the US and Britain.
