Value of Musk
Interesting the perceived value of Musk is dropping like a rock. Tesla is down 50% in last 6 months, and 25% in last 5 days.
Down almost 75% from all-time high.
Twitter value was 44 Blln back 2 months ago, and new valuation is 6-8 billion.
Wow, take about setting money on fire and throwing more of it on top.
Where will it stop...
Lots of EV competition is coming online this year and will force TSLA down further.
Genius, 3d chess playing or just another guy who is playing with Dad's money.
Hopefully Space-x will be a cash cowas I don't like seeing the US out of space exploration, but this shooting one's self in the foot has to stop somewhere.
Twitter needs to find a new CEO, or all things Musk will be worthless.

Tesla is going to continue to drop, because people are starting to realize that going fully electric is a nightmare, we can't power our cities right now in this last cold snap, without blackouts, and you are going to dump every ICE for electric?
Further, when they were valued 100 times more than GM or Ford, I just laughed, a niche player, with almost no real capacity, being worth more than hundred year old companies, nope, it was nuts, and we are seeing the corrections that are apt to happen.
Besides, its his money, I'm sure he and his ten kids will be just fine.

True that TSLA was trading at 100x P/E and most car companies are like 6-8 x. Does that mean it's really worth 1.09 today? No, as they do have a lot of innovation in design and Tech, but the Musk name is starting to get a lot of tarnish on it from the folks at wall street.
Plus GM and Ford have both bet the farm on new EV offerings and most of the US power grid is making charging stations a part of every grid upgrade. Interesting but a side note,- with great news about fission energy coming along every month,- it maybe the one thing that makes EVs a really good solution. Likely 12-20 yrs ahead, but if you don't start now on the demand side, the supply side of electricity will always lag.

I read the fission articles, its decades if not more away from being reality, we cannot go fully E anytime soon, we are going to see more competition for Musk, but, he's still the 800 pound gorilla.
And with the stock market losses this year, damn near everything is down.
Time will tell.
