amusing defense strategy but all it proves is defense lawyers will come up with almost anything to get their clients off or mitigate a sentence length.


what's more amusing is that many people think it's fair the guy got 3 years for trespassing and petty theft.

The pandemic hysteria is over. New vaccines and herd immunity etc.

There is no longer s need for massive mail-in or early voting with limited and identifiable exceptions.

Every healthy able bodied voter should be able to present positive ID and vote on "election day".

There now two years till the next election. If someone doesn't have proper ID now, there is plenty of time to get that taken care of. Any county party HQ will be glad to help with that. So will the office of yhour local Representative whether state or federal. Same goes for registering to vote.

I am in favor of paper ballots and checking off the box by your fsavorite candidate. Automatic runoffs are not a bad idea. Automatic re-counts are also not as bad idea.

I oppose "jungle primaries" and ranked voting.
