Thoughts on PrEP (PRE-EXPOSURE PROPHYLAXIS)

The swinger community in Austin is pretty strong in its use to help prevent HIV by 99%. Would something like this for provders and Hobbist open up the BBFS availabilty for everyone more? Just wondering what everyone's thought may be on this subject?

I'm think of getting on this to maybe try BBFS with those who offer it to help give me piece of mind. The use of condom are too desensitizing to me and is giving me performance issues. PrEP seems to be covered by most insurance or can be free at certain clinics in Dallas.

There are definite side effects to PrEP though.

Also, for anyone who has encountered the clap and a few other things, condoms are still useful for preventing that, or at least substantially lowering the risk.
