Doesn't matter. When rules were implemented for email, the admin that started the rules most always stipulated for them to take affect with the next admin. And every admin has failed to follow such rules. Bush, Collin Powell, etc. Even donny was quiet ( ) about Ivanka and hubby breaking such rules.

So, this ain't nothing new. When I heard about Hillary emails, first thing I thought is that I have more in my unread folder than the ones of her in question. So, I summed up they had to be alot of spam there since i'm not a world figure and mine were nearly exclusively in that folder.
