Thanks for honest review and fair warning.
These kind are exists because they know in DFW there are hundreds of one timers and their business hardly gets any dent, they don't expect repeat client and trying to milk as much as possible, then change the profile, phone and pics and repeat.

The fake pics are bad, but sometimes the RubMD experience is no good even when the pics are real. It's a dodgy information source, but not entirely useless.
