A little of the, "Treat others the way you want to be treated" would solve these problems.
Maybe the providers should list the no show guys and their numbers and we could have a section called "assholes" or something.

Money is transitory. It belongs to the provider. Your job is to bring it to the provider and leave. Whatever happens in the interim is tolerated, as long as the transaction is completed with efficiency and grace. None of this tightfisted nonsense. Just bring more next time and you're off to getting more for the provider. For that is your lot in life. It has the makings of a grand Edgar Allen Poe short story.
