I wasn't going to add this to the thread, but I changed my mind. I think the readers should know what they are dealing with if they come across her ad and search her reviews. After the OP posted this encounter, I text the provider to let her know that she got another resounding "NO". Some of it is slightly paraphrased but her atrocious grammar is not:

Me: Well I see that you’re still making a big splash in Hobbyville, disappointing every guy that comes to see you. The numbers don’t lie. You have the worst ratio of NO reviews of any provider I’ve ever come across. 100% No’s on ECCIE. Why don’t you hang it up and find some other way to make $? And quit lying to everyone. Because the numbers don’t lie. You’re ripping people off, and that is WRONG!!
