I imagine that scheduling a hour has more leverage with a provider than does scheduling a half or a Qs. So if two guys are fighting for a particular time slot, the guy with the hour would get preference but I could be wrong.

There are a couple (Probably More)guilty of setting appointments and if another one comes along and wants more time, say 60 minutes instead of 30 at the same time, they will ghost the half hour dude and do the 60 minute deal.
