Gore literally lost the election by a little over 500 votes. But any of the previous mentioned Democratic 1996 states going blue would have won it also. Nevada was the next closest by a few thousand... Gore was denied a recount, which possibly could have changed the outcome. Over 61000 votes were missed by the tabulation machines.
Yes, the 2000 election was a squeaker. I believe the Supreme Court made the right call, or at least their decision gave the presidency to the rightful winner -- see why here:

However the 2020 election wasn't even close. Trump lost.

Doesn’t matter how many times you recount fraudulent votes. I don’t doubt biden got 81 million votes, only that they came from 81 million different, living people.

Interesting that all cases of fraud found were from Trump voters.

That is just Florida... The other 10 states that flipped is suspicious also especially Nevada. Maybe it was Nader the 3rd party spoiler in 2000. No matter, it is ancient history and Gore took the loss like a man instead of being a whiney little bitch about it like trump. 2000 spurred the transition to electronic balloting that we have today.

Note that we have three Co-Equal branches of government.

If you are one who characterizes the Jan 6th events as an insurrection, stop and think for a moment.

Any threat agaionst the well-being of any Supreme court judge is no less an attack on government.

Not that long ago, a liberal-socialist supporter of Sen, Saunders attempted to assassinate Republican members of Congress as they played baseball. Several were seriously wounded.

That attack was no less an insurrection that the Jan 6th events. Any harm inflected on any Supreme Court judge is also an act of insurrection.

Maxine Waters and other elected Democrats, along with liberal activists, have publicly advocated for violent confrontation with those they do not agree with.

Anyone who breaks into any branch of government so be delt with accordingly. If these protesters break into these Judges houses or more apples to apples if the break into the Supreme Court Chambers at any point to disrupt this ruling they should be shot if they pose a threat. That was the problem last time....not enough protestors were shot!

... Is it STILL okay for BLM and Antifa to take-over a whole
city block - and call it a "chop zone" and not let people
travel-about as they KEEP THE POLICE OUT?

Can protesters ... er .. protestours be shot if they set the
police houses a-fire again?? With the cops inside??

... Surely just wanna know what the ground rules are, mate.

Thanks for bringing that up!

I had totally forgotten the police station and court house take overs and the complete usurpation of elected civil authority .

.
I say all January 6 folks that breached the Capital get the exact same sentence that the guy who attempted to assassinate those softball playing Republicans got. The Death sentence, he was shot and killed. In fact he was designated as ..."In a 2021 report, the FBI classified the shooting as an act of domestic terrorism, and the perpetrator of the shooting as a "domestic violent extremist" with a "personalized violent ideology."

If any Judges are attacked...by all means charge the attackers like the January 6 insurrection idiots.

The more shot....the more peaceful the protest will become.

How many times I gotta tell you, I'm for peaceful protesters.

If you put innocent lives in danger of LE lives in danger. It should be open season. But if as a LE officer, you go all George Floyd, you'll go to jail too.
