My "antiquated narrative", regarding Jackson, a topic you insist we not vary from? And before I forget, let me point out the irony of a guy calling me "old timer", who uses "The Rifleman" for an image he admires apparently, which went off the air in 1963, 59 years ago. That's just to damn funny for words.

Nothing says old timer quite like that! Pining away for the "good old days" like "old timers" generally do.

Now as to my "antiquated narrative" which I have explained many times, is put somebody on the Court who understands the role of a SC Justice, to apply the written words of the Constitution. I'll bet you didn't even know that Jackson said she doesn't believe in a "living Constitution". That would be a good thing if she were telling the truth but she isn't. I know she is lying because she just got finished telling us all, that the internet "changed" her thinking on how much time to give a convicted PEDO.

First, the internet can not be found in the Constitution or it's 27 amendments. So an honest judge would have concluded that until the Legislature changes the law to reflect a "different time" the judge is bound to rule on the only law, statute available and it says nothing about the internet. That's why I wouldn't vote to put her on the court.

I approved of Clarence Thomas, a Black man and I approved of Barrett, a female, at least what we use to refer to as a female because our new SC Justice doesn't know what a female is apparently.

So this racist, misogynist bullshit people like you keep tossing out, is just that bullshit. I have no objection what so ever to a Black female on the court, just not this Black female and if Biden wanted to put that to the test, he could have picked a Black female textualist to be on the court and gotten every Republican Senate vote to confirm and even you are smart enough to know that but can't admit it because it doesn't fit your narrative, now does it?
