I go there all the time. They have an unspoken tip level. There has never been a haggle for me in the 20+ times I've been there. Not once. Then again, I've been offered L2 but never excepted, so no need to haggle. If you offer them 100 for L2 I bet that gets the job done.

Very strange and not what I experienced this morning. In fact there was no negotiation at all. At the end I pulled out some cash and said my friend told me 1.5 but I'm going to give you 1.6 because the massage was so good. The $65 door fee is standard for all these places.
