Best Mexican restaurants are Mazatlan & Matador, both on University.
Best tacos La Estrella on McKinney.

I have become a big fan of the fish taco.

I had a GIK turn me on to the fish taco and if its fresh with no fishy odor it's really good.

I also learned to love Sushi once again if it's old and dry just not the same which describes most Texas Sushi.

In Denton Hoochies Oyster Bar has some fresh tasty seafood and they do a nice job with the fresh salsa and a juicy tasty snapper always on the menu.

when i lived in Denton, La Mexicana was the best. Others places were more texmex.
