Had a blast and shoping was pretty easy
Made some nice tacos and went with wine instead of Bourbon. But until Kapernick is charged and convicted with at least gameslaughter of the NFL - it's still dead to me.

After watching the entire celebration of “down with whitey” it was to be noted that the winning touchdown pass was thrown by a Lilly white quarterback to a Lilly white receiver.
This is the only game I watched this year, and it was a darned good game.

And no ridiculous look at me dance or celebration. The game wasn’t over yet. They did what they’re paid to do. With help from 9 other players.

If you don't like the NFL politics, why not consider the IOC ? They are afraid to make any statement at all during the winter olympics. Why not travel to China and make some statements like you have been ? Of course, we won't expect to hear from you anymore after that.
Tennis anyone ?

Don't ever forget Professional Sports is a business. They will always cater to a class of spectators that will give them the highest ratings and make them money. This goes from the teams, the games venue to the Networks that provide the coverage. Take this Super Bowl, LA Rams playing in a new stadium in LA against a team who hasn't been in a big game like this in over thirty years. Yeah there could be some shady dealings with the Refs, but it was a good game and pretty close score.

There's them that make (and subsequently ignore) the rules and those the rules are foisted upon.

So what you’re saying is that rules suck.
That’s why you shouldn’t follow sports.

Have you checked the salaries of NFL players lately ?
The Super Bowl is the Disneyland destination for business executives and a few wealthy fans. Don't expect more than what it is.

Nobody likes to see a team get the ball on the one yard line because of a penalty.
That being said, the penalty was obvious. Both times. You cannot grab a players jersey like that with the ball in the air.
That defensive back fucked up royally. He should be looking for a job.

Don't forget the face mask by the Bengals receiver that was not called.
The whole thesis of this thread does not work.

That's what you think should be "noted" in that winning touchdown drive?
I'll tell you what I noticed - I saw an ultra talented QB who wasted too many years on a shit team in Detroit throw a TD pass to his WR who set the league on fire this year. I didn't think about their color for a second. I guess I'm just weird like that though for this forum. Fortunately, most of the views in this forum are the minority in society who notice or even care about things like that. And that is how it should be.

Wow that's quite the can of worms you opened up! I won't disagree with ya on the "NFL rigged" part. Been going on for over 20-30 years. NBA and NFL, perhaps other pro sports too- are all about money and not much about the game. College is even starting to test the waters! It is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw the same thing. Hadn't watched much NFL this year, not because I have butthurt political issues with the league or the players, but because my team is undeniable dogshit and has been ever since they were admitted to the league.
But I also hate to see the Super Bowl basically decided on a penalty. That one should have gone to OT.
At least Cincy covered.

With all due respect, I think you missed my point.
If you knew nothing of the United States, and tuned in to the Super Bowl, watched the commercials, watched the half time show, you would think there were no Caucasian’s in the Country.
