I have not been able to see Nancy...EVER!! I see reviews, but I am not sure she actually exist. Called on several occasions only to get the same reply...no Nancy. Only been to this place once ... and left because I waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to come to my room. Lady said she would call me when someone was available.
