This is unquestionably a mistrial. The prosecution should be the ones going to prison, not Rittenhouse. First they get caught tampering with evidence, now hiding witnesses.

I said it would be up to the jury. I also said they could determine it was self defense as that’s a factual determination. What part of what I said was wrong. My opinion as to whether it’s self defense differs from the jury. It took them 24 hours to decide.

Say what? He obviously doesn't know the law or he wouldn't be so wrong. Yes, you were taking sides. There is no other way to take what you said. You were implying that he was right and that I was wrong. But no big deal, I think you are a stand up kinda guy.



Pretty sure is "specialty" isn't self defense law. Because somebody does something for a living, like the prosecutors in this case, doesn't mean they are good at it or know what they are talking about.
