I have been scam in hobby before don't get me wrong. But any thing odd I go home. She ask for more after we agree, she suddenly need a nother room, need too know what drive. I see cops out side of her incall. I see thugs outside her incall.

I understand the Provider's motivation for asking for a deposit. However, outside from the "cash-n-dash" or no-show scam that happens, there is a downside for both the Hobbyist and the Provider.

With the renewed LE emphasis on so-called "Trafficking" in the hobby, electronic transfers leave a paper-trail or electronic footprint that is legal evidence for prostitution. If an agreement to enter into sex for money is made AND a transfer of funds is proven, then the case against both parties is pretty much made beyond a reasonable doubt.

For the Hobbyist, the concept of an on-line sting is an easy operation for LE o create and complete. They have got you whether you show up or not.

In Texas soliciting prostitution is now a felony. Even picking up a SW is a felony. About anything involving a Provider and a Hobbyist is considered trafficking and a felony.

Don't help them make the case!
