If you want to outlaw overly loud pipes you would think they would do it by decibels not just a blanket no modifications law. Most bikes aren't overly loud yet most will be illegal. Someone needs to change their avatar from the kewl clint to the get off my lawn one

YES...I was "woke." As in....woke UP. About 800 goddam times. By race cars and Evel Knievel running up and down the goddam street outside my hotel when I was in San Diego on bizness last week. Same in Boston. And Albany. And...almost everywhere, these days. It never stops. Maybe a law or two like this will start to change things a bit. I doubt it. But I can hope.
